Notifications
Shoehorn sends notifications for important events across the platform.
Notification Channels

Event Types
Section titled “Event Types”| Event | Description |

| Governance action assigned | A governance action was assigned to you |
| Governance action overdue | An assigned action is past its due date |
| Scorecard grade change | An entity’s grade changed significantly |
| Workflow approval needed | A Forge workflow requires your approval |
| Workflow completed/failed | A workflow you started finished |
| Entity ownership change | An entity you own changed ownership |
Email Configuration
